psychologist in private practice in the Dallas, Texas Metroplex. My work has two
dimensions, a clinical practice

services.
Clinical Practice
In my clinical practice, I provide individual, couples and group
therapy for people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, a
traumatic event, an unsatisfying relationship or career
difficulties. I find tremendous satisfaction when clients work
through their difficulties and regain their joy and enthusiasm for
life. The people who come to see me . . .

Consulting Services
In my consulting service, I team up with executives and
professionals who want to maximize their careers and personal lives.
Most commonly, I am hired by an organization to facilitate the
professional growth of its key contributors. Using the
psychologist's expertise in testing and assessment, I am able to
assess, plan and implement positive behavioral change for
individuals and groups. I provide services in the following
situations:

* Fix-it Projects (leaders or groups with performance

The consulting service began through individual counseling with
leaders seeking to gain new competencies, to manage the stresses of
work, to rise above personal issues or to transition to a new career
position. This service includes the professional development of CEO's,
CFO's, and key leaders from a variety of fields and companies such
as Texas Instruments, IBM,
Perot Systems, EDS, 3M and JC Penney as well as lawyers, architects,
engineers, MBA's and family-owned businesses.
